Personal information we collect

We use the Contact Information that we collect generally to fulfill any
orders placed through the form (contacts with our suppliers, arranging
for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order
confirmations). Additionally, we use this Contact Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;
- Provide any additional services you have requested, such as our marketing communications; and
- Provide you with help and assistance via our support team;
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you
with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for
potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more
generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating
analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and
to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing your personal information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your
Contact Information, as described above. We also use Google Analytics to

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with

Behavioural advertising
Merchery.co uses the remarketing services to advertise on third party
websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could
mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven't completed a task
on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This
could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results
page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors,
including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone's past
visits. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with
our own privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
You can set
preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad
Preferences page, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based
advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser
plugin.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are
processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have
with you (for example if you make an order through the Form), or
otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.

Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
